How do you send my order?

Wherever you are in the world, we deliver your order to you via any express courier company. Mern Living is producing and shipping all products in Turkiye.

What's the delivery term?

All the orders will be shipped based on the DDU (delivery-duty-unpaid) delivery term (INCOTERM 2020), which means the "Buyer" is the responsible party for paying customs & duties that came out outside of the shipping country.

How much is the shipping fee?

We have different shipping fees depending on where you are in the world.

How fast is the delivery time?

Try blinking once and we’re on our way with your order! Jokes aside we always offer Express Delivery within 2-8 days (depending on delivery address).

USA: 3-6 days
Canada: 3-6 days
UK: 2-4 days
Europe: 2-4 days
Gulf Countries: 2-5 days
Oceania: 4-8 days

 If you are not 100% satisfied, neither are we. 

How do I make a return?

Please email us at info@mernliving.com and state your order number, product name and the reason for the return.

You should return the product within 14 days according to the following instructions.

  • Send us detailed product photos and videos proving that the product is undamaged
  • Return shipping payment belongs to the Buyer (You). After we perform the preliminary check, we will share the tracking number with you to initiate the return process
  • You can ship the product with the tracking number we sent.
  • After the product is delivered to us, a detailed damage check will be performed and if there is no damage appropriate, the return will be approved.
  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from the balance amount and will be forwarded to the Buyer (You).

I've returned the package, what's next?

Within 2 business days from receiving your return package, we'll contact you with more information. Usually, the return shipping time is 5 or 12 working days.

The refund is made with the same payment method of the order when an order is returned within 7 to 10 business days after the returned products are received.

Refund of orders via credit card is made to the card that was used within 1 to 7 business days. If the payment is done in installments, the refund is also made in installments.

The delivered product is defective. What should I do?

If the product is sent to Mern Living within the return period, change will be made after the products are received and checked. In the case that the products are not in stock of the suppliers, your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund.

Which products are not refundable?

For your request of a refund to be accepted, the products should be undamaged and unused.

Your refund request will be invalid, if the products are damaged because of customer usage.

Fast Terms

Please note that we do not offer the opportunity to change your products directly. A refund will be made to the original account for the products you return. You can place a new order at any time if you wish to receive other products. Products can only be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
